The first stage construction of  Palyul Theckchen Monastery will include monk rooms, classrooms, kitchen, and main shrine hall. New building could hold about 150 to 200 Buddhist monks. There will have grade one until grade 12. The second stage will be a Buddhist university for both Tibetan and Chinese Buddhist study.
